Sneak news, we have just secured an agreement on our first premises !!!!!. Our first shop will be opening within the next four weeks. We will be opening within the next four weeks on the 2nd Floor of Afflecks Palace in Manchester. We intend not only to stock a delicious range of our handmade chocolates and cakes but will also be expanding our range to include other chocolates, we will also be giving chocolate tasting evenings and demonstrations in a variety of techniques. You will also be able to purchase decorating items to decorate your own chocolates and cakes if you create your own as a hobby.

New for 2010 is our Chocolate Club, following requests from customers, we have put together a package that will enable you to receive a selection of our chocolate creations on a regular basis to suit you.
From a single months membership up to 12 months, you can choose how often you receive our chocolates.
You will receive a selection of our finest chocolate truffles, including both new chocolate recipes that haven't yet gone on our website, old favourites and seasonal creations around only for a short period. You will also have the chance to comment on these and your opinion will help us decide what makes it into our collections.
You will also receive a selection of our other creations, from chocolate bars, Valrhona Origin chocolates, Michel Cluizel and anything else we create in our chocolate kitchen.

Recipe of the Month
Hot Chocolate
Made with 70% chocolate flakes, this is a wonderful and rich drink just perfect as those winter nights draw in.
We've added cinnamon to our recipe, with a whole stick of cinnamon, however, mint, bailey's or amaretto also make a delicious alternative.
One of our favourite remains hot chocolate made with milk and topped with marshmallows and cream and little sprinkle of chocolates flakes to finish.
