The Cocoa Emporium is the vision of owner and chocolate enthusiast Helen. What started as a hobby and passion for great chocolate and fine food has turned into a desire to share a fantastic taste experience.
Our aim is to bring you exquisite handmade chocolates, using only the finest couverture and freshest ingredients available. We care passionately about the chocolates we create. Using Valrhona Couverture, made from the finest Cocoa Beans, which contains only the natural ingredients of Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter and Vanilla we dream up our recipes and design our chocolates to create what we hope you will think sublime.
From the finest ingredients and chocolate we create all our chocolates by hand, using no machinery, we temper the chocolate, create the filling and then pipe or cut by hand. Each chocolate is then hand dipped and decorated to finish. Each selection is then presented to you in a ballotin or luxury gift box and delivered to you for you to enjoy.
Our chocolates are made fresh each day and we use no artificial preservatives. They will keep for up to 4 weeks if you can resist them for that long !!!
