We take all care to ensure that your chocolates reach you in perfect condition, however if you are unhappy with your chocolates please let us know, we appreciate your comments and will do all we can to rectify the problem.
We aim to despatch our chocolates within 3 days of receipt of your order. Our chocolates are made fresh and we pack them to order and therefore we take payment at the time of your order.
All orders are provisional until we have checked and agreed them. Should we have any queries we will usually email you.
