Michel Cluizel has been creating chocolates since 1948 and in 1983 the Michel Cluizel chocolate company began to create their own couveture. In 1997 they produced their first single origin chocolate bar, the Hacienda Concepcion.
Michel Cluizel chocolates do not contain Soya Lecithin. Their chocolate contains only the purest ingredients including cane sugar, and Bourban vanilla bean (not extract). Their aim was to produce real chocolate in it's finest and purest form.

The company produces a wide range of chocolate bars in a range of percentages from silky smooth milk, right up to the 99% very dark, bitter chocolate. There are also a selection of Single Estate chocolate bars to choose from.
We have selected at present 3 chocolates to join our range. The Mangaro chocolate bars - Milk 50% and Dark 65% have joined our collection as has the 99% Infini Bar.
